Sebastian created MORICON Consultants in 2017 based on his deep insight into the hospitality sector and passion for the property industry.
Sebastian’s unique approach at MORICON Consultants lies in his liaising between the construction team, suppliers, and vendors and managing all necessary steps until practical completion to ensure cohesion of service delivery from start to end, ensuring flawless delivery of the service vision.
He has a solid track record and many years of management experience in international luxury and lifestyle hospitality and the property industry. He has successfully created bespoke services on several residential projects – locally and internationally.
He is a Member of TPI and ARL, AssocRICS, MBA Henley Management College, Diploma Swiss Hotel School of Lucerne, and IOSH certified.

Susan started her career in the Hospitality industry, working in Customer Service as well as certifying as a Trainer and becoming a Training Manager in five star hotels in both Europe and Asia. She holds an MSc in International Hotel Management and is a certified Project Manager (PMP).
Moving into Operations Management, she used her skills in operational excellence, customer experience and process improvement to help technology companies scale and improve performance.
Apart from being a Director at Moricon Consultants and advising on customer experience, training and operations improvements, Susan is a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor to several technology start-ups.
