Sebastian created MORICON Consultants in 2017 based on his deep insight into the hospitality sector and passion for the property industry.

Sebastian’s unique approach at MORICON Consultants lies in his liaising between the construction team, suppliers, and vendors and managing all necessary steps until practical completion to ensure cohesion of service delivery from start to end, ensuring flawless delivery of the service vision.

He has a solid track record and many years of management experience in international luxury and lifestyle hospitality and the property industry. He has successfully created bespoke services on several residential projects – locally and internationally.

He is a Member of IRPM and UKAA, AssocRICS, MBA Henley Management College, Diploma Swiss Hotel School of Lucerne, and IOSH certified.
